We want your shopping experience with Hadar Couture to be effortless and enjoyable. If you need to return an item, you’re in the right place. Please review our return policy before submitting your request.

🔹 Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
🔹 Final Sale: Sale items are non-returnable and considered final sale.
🔹 Item Condition: Returns must be unworn, unwashed, folded in original packaging, and have all tags attached.
🔹 Return Fee: A $10 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
🔹 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.

Please note: Any Returns that are received after 10 days of return request acceptance will not be refunded. 

To initiate a return, customers can easily login to access their account (at our login section in the drop-down header menu) using the email they used to make the purchase.
